Using this website

The information and examples on this website describe our services. Sending a form, requesting a quote, or discussing a concept does not itself place an order or reserve a production slot.

Images and examples illustrate possible work. The materials, construction, fit, colors, decoration, and delivery for your project are defined in its approved specifications and order documents.

Quotes and approvals

We review your requirements and provide project-specific pricing and production details. Before bulk production, both teams should confirm the applicable quote, product specifications, artwork, sample or fit approval, quantities, and payment stages in writing.

Please provide artwork, measurements, and other instructions that you are authorized to use. We treat submitted designs and tech packs as project information and share them with the people working on your order.

Production and delivery

Production timing depends on the approved product, order size, material availability, approvals, and shipping plan. Any stated timeline for a particular order should be checked against its written confirmation.

If you request a change after approval, we will review its effect on cost and timing before proceeding. Shipping responsibilities, import charges, and delivery arrangements are confirmed for each order rather than assumed from the website.

Questions or concerns

Please contact us promptly if an order does not match the agreed standard. Include your order reference and clear photos so the team can review the issue and discuss the appropriate remedy.
