Payment Terms
Structured Payments. Transparent Production.
At Big Bee Apparels, our payment structure is designed to provide businesses with greater financial flexibility while maintaining a clear and accountable manufacturing process.
For eligible bulk orders, clients are not required to pay the full order value upfront. Instead, payments are divided into four equal installments of 25%, aligned with key project milestones from development through final shipment.
Payment Milestones
25% — Project Initiation
The first 25% payment confirms the order and initiates the project. Upon confirmation, our team begins product development, including mockup preparation and the agreed pre-production requirements.
25% — Mockup Approval
The second 25% payment becomes due once the mockup stage has been completed and approved by the client.
Following confirmation of this payment, the project proceeds to the sampling stage.
25% — Sample Approval
The third 25% payment is due after the physical sample has been completed and approved.
Once approval and payment are confirmed, the order is authorized to proceed into bulk production.
25% — Final Payment
The remaining 25% balance is due upon completion of bulk production and prior to shipment.
Shipment is arranged once the final balance has been received and the order has completed the required pre-shipment procedures.

Production Transparency
Transparency is an important part of our manufacturing process.
Throughout development, sampling, and bulk production, Big Bee Apparels provides progress updates through photographs, videos, and video calls where applicable. These updates allow clients to follow the development of their products and review key milestones throughout the manufacturing cycle.
Our milestone-based payment structure is designed to align payments with measurable production progress rather than requiring full payment at the beginning of the project.
Accepted Payment Methods
To support our international clientele, Big Bee Apparels accepts payments through several established transfer channels, including Zelle, U.S. checking and routing account transfers, Remitly, Western Union, Ria Money Transfer, and international bank remittance.
Official payment instructions are provided directly by an authorized representative of Big Bee Apparels. Clients are advised to verify payment details with our team before initiating any transaction.
International B2B Remittance
For qualifying business-to-business transactions exceeding USD 2,000, direct international bank remittance may be made to the official Big Bee Apparels business account.
This facility is intended specifically for eligible B2B transactions and may be subject to standard banking, identification, compliance, and remittance requirements.
Payment & Processing Conditions
Each production stage begins after the applicable installment has been received and confirmed. Payment processing times may vary depending on the selected transfer method, originating country, banking institution, and intermediary financial institutions.
Any transaction, intermediary banking, currency conversion, or remittance charges imposed by third-party financial institutions are separate from the order value unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment details should only be accepted through official Big Bee Apparels communication channels. If banking or recipient information appears different from previously provided details, clients should verify the information with our team before transferring funds.
